Broadcast Management Group’s system integration team serves clients looking to upgrade, relocate, or build-out production facilities of any shape or size. From custom flight packs and mobile production trucks to large-scale studios and control rooms, our system integration team will manage your build-out from start to finish.
Our system integration team will start our engagement by completing a comprehensive info-gathering session. We’ll dive deeper into your technical needs and requirements, learn more about your professional staff, andestablish the goals and objectives of your integration project. From there, we’ll develop a proposed equipment list and present an initial budget and timeline. With the scope and budget approved, we’ll get to work on designing your facility, completing all necessary CAD drawings and elevations, and keeping you informed of key milestones along the way. Once all diagrams have been completed and approved, we’ll begin purchasing all necessary equipment and refine your install schedule.
When equipment has been received, we’ll start our installation, cabling, patching, and testing. In addition to designing your facility, our integration team will provide project management support for the duration of the installation, making sure that your build-out stays on track and on schedule. Once all equipment has been installed and thoroughly testing, we’ll provide hands-on training to your technical staff and hand over all system documentation and diagrams.
